The role
As a Multi Skilled Operative in our Maintenance team, you will undertake a range of repair duties on our premises, both residential and commercial.
- This role involves performing both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple trades, such as plumbing, joinery, painting, and general repairs.
- The operative will diagnose faults, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- The operative is expected to work flexibly, adapt to varying workloads, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and service requirements.
- Take a proactive role in the delivery of excellent customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience by contributing to the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment for colleagues, residents and visitors to Advance Northumberland premises.
