Building on the opportunities emerging from North of the Tyne and Borderlands initiatives to enhance its regeneration impact, taking its lead from Northumberland County Council, and working in collaboration with key partners.

Our Ascent Homes team have ambitious plans for 2025, with a number of new sites starting and significant growth planned in our 5-year business plan.

To succeed in this role:

As one of our Sales Executives, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to establish the sales office for a new site, at Hadston in Northumberland. Getting to know the surrounding area and the market conditions. You will be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries, ensuring future purchasers appreciate the great product we offer. As a small team, you’ll work closely with Gemma the Site Manager and Karen one of our Sales Managers. You will be a confident communicator, able to deal with a high volume of work and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
